LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is has been registered as delivered. If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.  Please make sure your shipping address is correct and your package will be delivered to an area you feel safe with the item being left. If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen please contact us before placing your order and we will facilitate your order being delivered with a confirmation signature. Additional fees may apply.

DAMAGES
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at dogmomgiftstudio@gmail.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Photos of damaged product are REQUIRED.
